Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states + Puerto Rico). We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international destinations at this time. International shipping is on our roadmap — join the list at the bottom of the homepage to be notified when it launches.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $35: $5 flat-rate USPS First-Class shipping.
- Orders $35 and over: FREE USPS First-Class shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart subtotal (after any promotional discount).
Processing Time
Every order is hand-packed by Dominique in Charlotte, NC. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. During launches, holidays, or vendor fairs, processing may take up to 3 business days — we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, USPS First-Class typically delivers in 3–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and USPS network conditions. We don't control USPS once the package is in their hands, but we'll do everything we can if there's an issue.
Approximate delivery windows from Charlotte, NC:
- Southeast U.S.: 2–4 business days
- Mid-Atlantic / Midwest: 3–5 business days
- West Coast / Pacific Northwest: 5–7 business days
- Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico: 7–14 business days
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation with USPS tracking once your order is on its way. Tracking updates appear within 24 hours of the shipment confirmation.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable state/local rates. We are registered to collect sales tax in North Carolina; we may collect tax in additional states as required by law over time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
See our Return Policy for details on lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The short version:
- Damaged in shipping: we replace at no cost. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Marked delivered but missing: file a USPS claim; we will help where we can.
- Stolen from porch / mailbox: file a USPS claim and a police report; replacement at our discretion.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to change your shipping address or cancel an order? Email hello@sharielslashes.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes within 24 hours of order placement (before we hand the package to USPS).
Holiday Shipping
During holiday seasons (Black Friday, December, Valentine's Day, etc.), USPS volume increases dramatically. We strongly recommend ordering early to avoid delays. Cutoff dates for guaranteed-by-Christmas delivery are posted on the homepage in mid-December.
