Welcome to Shariel's Lashes. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sharielslashes.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Shariel's Lashes is operated by Dominique Leftwich as a sole proprietorship in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is older), to make a purchase through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors at our discretion.
• All products are intended for cosmetic use only. They are not medical devices. If you experience an allergic reaction or irritation, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the listed products. Your order is accepted only when we charge your payment method and ship your products. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card information.

If we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock, fraud detection, address verification failure), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, costs, and other terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Promotional Codes and Discounts

• Promotional codes (such as LASHEDIN) are subject to terms specified at the time of issuance, including expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, and one-use-per-customer restrictions.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless specified, and cannot be applied to past purchases.
• We reserve the right to revoke or modify promotional codes at any time, including for suspected abuse.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the “Shariel's Lashes” name, logo, product names, photography, copywriting, design, and the mantra “I don't do lashes — I enhance confidence” — is the property of Dominique Leftwich and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
• Resell our products without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHARIEL'S LASHES OR DOMINIQUE LEFTWICH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shariel's Lashes, Dominique Leftwich, and their respective officers, agents, and employees from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal resolution first: before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting hello@sharielslashes.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
• Forum: if informal resolution fails, any lawsuit must be filed in state or federal court located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
